What is your company's shipping policy?

Studio41 offers free UPS Ground shipping for web orders over $100 shipping within the continental United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico addresses and products that can’t be shipped via UPS Ground). Other available shipping options such as "Next-Day Air" or "Second-Day Air" are excluded from free shipping. Free shipping is also not valid on special or promotional orders, as indicated on the website, as well as orders with items that are too heavy or oversized to ship via UPS Ground.

The majority of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Typically, we ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, Monday-Friday; in stock orders received before 2 pm, Monday-Friday are shipped the same day.

Our free shipping offer is subject to change or can be discontinued at any time.

Is my order secure?
Your information is securely maintained in our systems and securely transmitted for order and payment processing. We use proven technologies to protect and monitor our networks, applications, and databases. Our site is also P3P compliant.

Payment transactions for orders placed online at shopstudio41.com or studiofortyone.com, or over the phone are processed online through a 100% secure connection with an authorized processor that verifies with, and receives authorization approval from, the credit card issuer. Personal information and payment account information are required when you place an order for secure billing and to successfully complete and fill orders. CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS NOT SAVED IN OUR SYSTEM.
